What We Do

White Field Partners facilitates progressive permanent development in places where there is desperate need. Systemic poverty results from a complex of interlocking factors with interconnected symptoms. Lack of safe and accessible water, food insecurity, illiteracy, poor sanitation, and epidemics of preventable diseases are mainstays of systemic poverty.

Since we are a small non-profit organization, we use our development toolkit in targeted locations based on the partnerships we develop and our opportunities to make a difference.

Safe Water

A well is a game-changer. Health improves. Workload decreases. New possibilites emerge.

Reusable Menstrual Hygiene Kits

Days for Girls kits help keep girls in school. The Dream Team provides reproducive health training.

Family-Centered Agriculture

Simple innovations can improve security of subsistence farming families.

Education

Schools and books are keys to a better future. It's what parents want for their kids.

Sanitation and Hygiene

Preventing the spread of water-borne diseases and malaria gives kids a fighting chance.

Entrepreneurship

Small businesses are the best opportunity when employment is so limited.

Those kids in the video are right! To keep going and make progress, we have to know that small things can make a difference. One.org is a huge organization founded by Bono and other activists that has helped keep 15 million kids alive and helped get 46 million kids into school.

We’re trying to keep a few Sierra Leonean kids alive and in school, but we hope that number will grow. Our long-shot strategic objective is to build a school in Thonkomba where we will bore a well within the next few months. We want a school lunch program there. It is one of the surest ways to get kids in school, keep them there, and ensure they can learn. Please help us do the little bits. Every little bit matters.
