It’s been quite an adventure–both the heartaches and the fulfillment–and it still keeps Art and I going after eighteen years. Our “development toolkit” gives us the flexibility we need because what works in one place isn’t what’s needed in another situation. The constant-learning challenge makes it interesting. Finding wonderful people to collaborate with is the best satisfaction of all!
